Oh my God! Many of the Universities in England and Wales want to raise the tuition fees. They can go up to £4,000 and vary between £20,000 per year. That is bad; I mean how will students afford to pay this? It is bad enough that we have to take out maintenance loans and with the increase to fees it will mean that many students will drop out. How can vice chancellors think about this at this moment of time especially with the recession taking over?
That means at the end of our degree we will have to pay off a higher debt. If our fees go up to £7,000 per year we will be left with £32,000 to clear off. This is a prime example of GREED. Just think about it, this is the fees for students in England and Wales, what price will International students have to pay???
