Response to Kate’s blog on adopting from abroad.

I understand why Kate is concerned with celebrities adopting from abroad as there are many children who need homes in the UK. I would like to add though this country is a country of hope and development and third world countries need all the help and aid which can be available to them even if it means more children are adopted in other countries than the UK.

If the children later on question why they look different to their siblings then they should be told that they are adopted because it is better coming from their parents than strangers.
