Some graffiti is really nice to look at but its just some random person who has talent who has used some cans of paint it but on the side off a building seems silly It's just wrong because it is costing the government money. It makes a place look run down and rough which can be a little off putting.
On my way to Uni i go past an area which isn't so bad but the graffiti makes it look bad. it is mainly teenagers who go out to do this. Just to remove graffiti from railways can cost up to £100,000! Money is being wasted to remove and prevent damage like this to places so why do people do this?
